Fresh out the wood shop: Large Cutting Boards and Small Cheese Boards.
Made from Hard Maple and Walnut. The Walnut ends are attached via sliding dovetails, they will not separate from the Hard Maple. This is important since Hard Maple is one of the most expansion prone woods and one expects a cutting board to see a lot of changes in moisture. They are finished with Walnut Oil and George’s Club House Food Safe Wax.
The Large board is 16-1/2 by 9-1/2 inches. The Small is 10-1/2 by 6-1/2 inches.
